Regular planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of your coldroom systems are crucial to ensure efficient running, maintain hygiene, prolong equipment lifespans and prevent nuisance breakdowns.

The frequency and depth of servicing required broadly depends on various factors, including the type and age of the equipment. Even more, the servicing depends on the environment in which it is installed.

Our coldroom and walk-in fridge service department can arrange one-off service visits or indeed provide bespoke annual maintenance packages to suit your business and your equipment's requirements.

For those unfortunate occasions which cannot be prevented, you can rest easy knowing that we are only ever a call away should your equipment break down. We can usually attend reactive service calls on the same day, and for customers who take advantage of our PPM maintenance package, we can guarantee response in as little as four hours from the initial call, day or night, 365 days per year.

Our refrigeration service engineers carry all common refrigerants and universal spares and have all the correct tools and equipment on board our service vans, enabling us to provide a first-time fixed rate which is second to none.
