Loon Fung was established in central London in the1960's and was one of the first Chinese supermarkets in the UK. In 1995 they opened their supermarket in Alperton, West London which was designed to accommodate growing interest in ethnic foods in and around the area.
The Criteria:
To upgrade and replace an old open top cabinet freezer and plant without causing any disruption to the operating of the store.
What we did...
To ensure minimal disruption with maximum results, this cabinet and plant changeover was completed over 2 night shifts. The Old open-top well freezers were replaced with glass lid Sardegna freezer wells from the superb Pastorfrigor GB, alongside Two new low energy Robert C Scutt inverter drive internal units with Bock compressors. Another great job from the teams involved!
